Requirements for Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs)
✔ Yearly sales revenue should be less than RM300,000 OR the number of full-time employees should be less than 5.
✔ It is strongly recommended to have a digital certificate of PMKS application under the category of micro.
Documents required for approval:
A. Private Limited Business (Sdn Bhd)
- Form 9, 24, 49 OR Section 17, 14, 27, 51, 58 (Established after 2016)
- Latest Audited Report
- Latest KWSP
B. Sole Proprietor / Partnership
- Form D (Business Info, Partner/Owner Info)
(Expiry Date must be at least until 31 Dec 2024)
Perniagaan, Profesion & Perlesenan Perdagangan Ordinan (For Sabah & Sarawak Only)
- Latest KWSP
- Latest (Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri) e-B or e-P form.
